Years of experience in the industry has led us to rethink the way we view the construction business. We simply found that we could
improve upon the way things had been done. Our experience and background in architecture and construction have given us a
comprehensive understanding of traditional repair methodologies, materials and techniques. More importantly, this experience has
enabled us to develop alternative methods and techniques that can assist our clients with decision making, and allow us to design
projects that meet our clients’ budgets.
Stefen Gustafson, President
 With over thirty years of experience, Stefen Gustafson has spent his entire professional
career in the building industry. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly,
San Luis Obispo, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of
business at Northwestern University. He is a licensed General Building Contractor and
General Engineering Contractor, as well as a Registered Architect.
