The mainstay of Nautilus' work is working with building owners, homeowners, property managers and homeowners associations to make repairs to worn, defective or damaged building conditions. Our repair projects range from a simple repair of several thousand dollars to complex multi-million dollar repair projects. These repairs have included foundations, underpinning, soils settlement/subsidence, drainage, structural upgrades, waterproofing, decking, roofing, stucco, siding, windows, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and more. We have extensive experience with alternative repair methodologies, materials and techniques and can assist our clients with understanding the costs-versus-benefits of various methods of repair.Custom Residential
Nautilus has developed a specialty in high-quality custom single family residential construction. We are selective with our residential projects and will only take on quality projects, from simple additions to large single family homes. We believe that quality of execution and attention to detail is critical to a successful custom residential project, and we have assembled a team of qualified superintendents and craftsmen to oversee the execution of our single family work. Further, our management team's background in architecture insures our clients that their architectural design intent will be executed to the smallest detail.Renovation & Rehabilitation
Buildings age. However, their lifespan is long, new construction is expensive, and property values are rising. The result is that it is often prudent and appropriate to renovate and upgrade an older structure or project. For residential structures, this could be a redesign of the exterior, such as new siding or cladding, a reconfiguration, a new paint scheme or new windows. For commercial structures, this could be for a new use or occupancy, or just an upgrade for new services or cosmetic appeal. We have extensive experience dealing with the nuances and "surprises" of working on older structures.Tenant Improvements
Consistent with our expertise in working in, on and around existing buildings and structures, Nautilus provides tenant improvement services to commercial building owners and tenants, with a specific expertise in commercial office and retail spaces. Tenant improvement work is driven by the ability to perform quickly and efficiently, to minimize non-occupiable/non-leasable downtime. Nautilus' staff is particularly skilled in partitions, drywall and insulation, which allows us to work efficiently and competitively.
